I’d say, maybe one and a half, maybe even two times more! Now, mine’s that softer leather, the selleria kind, they say. Makes it real nice to the touch.
This here bag, it’s made of this beige leather. Real purdy color, goes with most anythin’. And it’s got these twisty lock thingies on both sides, makes it look all fancy-like. They call it the “iconic twist lock”, like it’s some kinda famous person. Inside, it’s lined with this soft pink and brown leather, real smooth. Makes ya feel like a rich lady, even if you ain’t.
Now, I ain’t never held one of them real, real expensive bags, but this one feels mighty fine. Soft and smooth, like a baby’s bottom, they say. Wouldn’t know for sure, ain’t held a baby’s bottom in years. But you get the picture. It’s real nice, is what I’m sayin’.
They got another one, same kinda bag, but it’s black leather. And it’s got this fancy weavin’ on the front, kinda like a basket, but way nicer. Same twisty locks on the sides, though. Makes it easy to open and close, which is good for us older folks, you know? Arthritis and all that.
- Color: Beige or black, take your pick. Both are real nice.
- Leather: Soft and smooth, feels expensive, even if it weren’t.
- Size: Small, but holds a fair amount of stuff. More than them mini ones, that’s for sure.
- Locks: Twisty things on both sides, real easy to use.
- Lining: Pink and brown soft leather, feels luxurious. Makes me feel like a queen
I heard tell they got this bag in all sorts of colors, but the ones I seen are mostly that beige and black. Timeless colors, they call ‘em. Means they always look good, never go out of style.
Now, some folks, they buy these bags in all different sizes, tryin’ to figure out which one they like best. I seen a lady orderin’ both the small and the petite, which is even smaller. Said she wanted a bag for special occasions, not just for everyday use. Me? I’d just use this one for everything. Why have a bunch of bags when one good one will do ya?
They keep makin’ new versions of this Peekaboo ISeeU bag, they say. This here small one is the new style. Comes in four colors, but mostly you see that black and that “Dove Gray,” which is kinda like a light grey, you know?
They say this bag is “iconic”. That just means it’s famous, I reckon. Been around for a while, I guess. Started way back in 2008, they say, as part of some fancy fall and winter collection. They was gonna call it the “Hide and Seek” bag at first, on account of how you can see inside. But then some fancy pants designer lady thought “Peekaboo” sounded better. Reminded her of that game kids play, you know, “Peekaboo, I see you.” Makes sense, I guess.
I seen one of them websites talkin’ ’bout this bag. Said the leather was real good quality, gave it a 9 out of 10. Said it was soft and smooth, just like I told ya. They showed a picture of the bag, but it weren’t the same color as mine. But it looked the same, otherwise.
