And wouldn’t ya know it, there’s another one, Nordstrom. They got bags too, all sorts. “Belt bags,” they say. What in the world is a belt bag? Sounds like somethin’ a fella would wear, not a lady. But I guess city folks got their own ways of doin’ things.
Now, if you really want the real McCoy, you gotta go to the Saint Laurent official online store. That’s what they say, anyway. They got all the new stuff, the latest and greatest. But I bet it costs a fortune. I’d rather spend my money on somethin’ practical, like a good pair of work boots or a sturdy frying pan. Those things last, ya know?
So, this YSL bag, it’s probably made of some fancy leather, all soft and smooth. And it probably has some kinda shiny metal thingy on it, a buckle or a clasp or somethin’. And I bet it comes in all sorts of colors, black, brown, maybe even red or blue. City ladies like their colorful bags, I hear.

Now, if you got the money to burn, go ahead and buy yourself a fancy YSL bag. But if you’re like me, and you gotta watch every penny, there’s plenty of other bags out there that’ll do just fine. You can get a good sturdy bag at the general store for a fraction of the price. And it’ll probably last just as long, maybe longer. I’ve had my own bag for years, it’s made of sturdy canvas, holds everything I need, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg, that’s for sure.
But hey, if you want to feel fancy, go ahead and get that Remake Yves Saint Laurent YSL ENVELOPE BAG Original order. Just don’t come cryin’ to me when it gets a scratch or a stain.
